Love #shoes! #fashion #forever21 #handm
On Saturday, my husband and I went to Napa valley together with his family. The sun was up yet the breeze was still pretty cold, so I wore my usual jeans and long sleeves outfit. I couldn’t help but be jealous of the women who are used to the cool weather, for during that day, they took the opportunity to wear sun dresses, shorts, tank tops, and other pieces of clothing that showed-off some skin. ^_^
Wine tasting is the main reason to visit Napa Valley, and that’s just one of the things that we did. Along with the wine-tasting, we had a small picnic that consisted of homemade bread and about five different types of cheese. My favorite was the Italian gorgonzola. Eversince my husband and I started living together, I became exposed not only to Bulgarian culture, but to European culture in general. I guess it’s because they share a lot of common interests like the love for wine and cheese.

Flowers are starting to bloom! Hello Springtime!

I’m happy to be married to someone who doesn’t mind taking pictures. <3

With a bagful of good cheese from Trader Joe’s.

My husband’s shirt says “Di ka pasisiil, Pilipinas” or “I will never surrender you, Philippines”, which is a phrase that’s part of the country’s national anthem.

Why I love wedge shoes: They make me tall minus the inconvenience.

Loving my new feather earrings From Forever 21.

Our first bottle was white wine, second was red (no photo available) and third was…

Rosé

Cheers to love and good wine.

Braving the sun with SPF 15 face moisturizer and SPF 30 BB cream. :)
My husband told me that it wasn’t the best Napa experience due to our limited time. Next time, I hope to spend it with him as we go through a winery tour, exploring vineyards and riding some lift that would show a breathtaking view of the area.
Hope your weekend was good! <3

So my dream of moving abroad already came true, but last Friday brought me another milestone in my life… I married Ivaylo, the man of my dreams. :)
My sharp-dressed husband in a suit by Calvin Klein and a tie by Kenneth Cole, and me in a taylor-made dress from the Philippines which almost brought me to tears the night before. Not because I was being like one of those overly dramatic soon-to-be brides who get teary-eyed once they try their dresses on, but because mine wouldn’t fit. The back part would only zip halfway. Not my fault cause I didn’t gain weight. They’re fault because they didn’t apply the right measurements. Thank God my relatives were able to do something about it. A little bit of sewing here and there and voila! Problem solved!
I DO!!! <3 <3 <3
Ivo and I were watching How I Met Your Mother Season 2 finale today when I heard Ted Mosby say this:
“If you’re really honest with yourself about what you want out of life, life gives it to you.”
Us with my relatives in the United States. I miss my family back home though. :(
With Ivo’s family and his best friend.
That night, We had an intimate post wedding dinner with our closest family members at Blu Restaurant located at downtown San Francisco.
Before the dinner, my beautiful cousin, Nikka, had to retouch my make-up and do a different style on my hair. :)
First dinner as husband and wife. :)
Photos with our guests:

Celebrating love over good food and fine wine.
I’m going to end this post with a beautiful quote that I’ve read from one of the cards on display at our wedding dinner:
